Director, Angel Dichev, has 26 years experience in construction and along with his co-director, George Georgiev, they offer a building service that puts the customer's requirements first.

The company have built hotels to time and budget, including the ultra modern Astoria Beach and Kaliakra Hotels in the internationally know Golden Sands resort near Albena. A variety of private houses contractions, renovations projects and major apartment complexes.
